Best 5 leadership stories

Today we will see the top best 5 leadership stories in the world. There too many leadership stories in the worldwide but the top 5 are those.

Our first story in leadership stories : school teacher scolded a boy for not paying attention to his mathematics and for not being able to solve simple problems. She told him that he would not become anybody in life. His mother, however believed in him and coached him in maths.

Do you know who is that boy ? He is Albert Einstein . In my opinion this is the best from leadership stories

We came back to 1962 , four nervous young musicians played their first record audition for the executives of the Decca recording Company. The executives were not impressed. While turning down this group of musicians, one executive said, "we don't like their sound. Groups of guitars are on the way out."

Do you know the name of this group ? The beatles .

Other leadership story in 1944, Emmeline Snively, director of the Blue Book Modelling Agency told modelling hopeful Norman Jean Baker, "You'd better learn secretarial work or else get married."

Then she went to become Marilyn Monroe .

When a gentleman invented a communications machine in 1876, it did not ring off the hook with calls from potential backers. After making a demonstration call, President Rutherford Hayes said, "That's an amazing invention, but who would ever want to see one of them?"  This sentence was directed to Alexander Graham Bell .One of the weird leadership stories in the entier world.

A candidate for a news broadcasters post was rejected because of his voice. He was also told that with his obnoxiously long name, he would never be famous. But he has never gave up and he became the famous Amitabh Bachchan .

The wisdom that you should learn from those leadership stories is : The winner is not the person who never fails, he's the person who never give up.

Leadership definition

Leadership definition is our article today. I have receive a lot of mails that ask me about leadership  and the best leadership definition.

Leadership in its simplest form is the methodology of "captivate others to achieve a common goal."

John Maxwell, author of several books on management, illustrating the beginning to impact. With the ultimate goal of L2, he gives as a leadership definition as "the ability to engage and guide a mountain or a group in achieving its mission and goals." Often also includes the mission and objectives of the association.

Our blog is not going to get hung up on finding the best leader definition, we are ready to keep tabs on helping people promote their skills and abilities, their power, so they can reach their God given potential and have an impact on the planet. I hope that will go along with us and become one of our examples overcoming adversity. When they asked Warren Bennis about leadership definition he said : "Leadership is the ability to translate vision into reality." . And for John Maxwell the leadership definition is "Influence".

For me a leader is some one who has followers and he is able to see what his followers need to be done and he takes the initiative to start working on this.

Leadership is very important to any group or organization. The leader job is very difficult to others, making decisions is very hard.
